During filming we collect visual and audio information of you, your staff, and your products/premises. All information collected during a film shoot becomes the sole and complete property of Clarative Media to give, sell, or award to whosoever Clarative Media chooses to. We reserve the right to use and/or sell this data in image and video format in a professional and integral manner. This data is used for marketing purposes unless otherwise stated and agreed to before any filming has taken place. If there is no mention of a special request, Clarative Media assumes this to be as stated above.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
